Do we need to install software on our servers?
Usually not. For iLO and Veeam a remote connection is enough. If your network is not reachable from outside, a small agent is installed inside it.
Is our data safe?
Only status information is read, such as hardware health and backup results, never the contents of files or databases. The connection is encrypted.
Who receives the alerts?
The people you choose, based on the type and severity of the problem. The ITPlus724 support team is notified at the same time.
Which systems are monitored?
HP servers through iLO, Veeam backups (including Proxmox jobs) and database backups on FTP. If you run something else, talk to us.
