Data Backup & Recovery
Protect your company data from hardware failure, human error and ransomware, and be sure it can actually be restored when you need it.
Backup & Recovery: why and how
Backup is the only thing between a failure and losing data for good: a failed disk, a folder deleted by mistake, a fire or a ransomware attack. But a backup is only worth something if it is complete, kept apart from the main network, and its restore has been tested.
We design backups around the 3-2-1 rule: three copies of your data, on two types of media, one copy off-site. Servers, virtual machines and databases are backed up automatically on a schedule, and immutable copies keep data safe from ransomware.
Even more important than taking backups is being sure of them. Every job result is checked daily, restores are tested regularly, and with the early warning system you hear the same day if a backup fails or a database backup file does not arrive.
