Scheduled visits, infrastructure monitoring, fixing issues as they come up and 24/7 response. Each contract is tailored to your organization.
How fast do you respond in an emergency?
Our support runs around the clock. Issues are first handled remotely and, if needed, an engineer is sent on site. Exact response times are set in the contract.
Do you cover branches in other cities?
Yes. Much of the work is done remotely and securely, and we schedule on-site work in other cities with you.
